Data Deletion

You can have your data removed from Boostwerkz at any time. This page explains how, depending on who you are and what you want deleted.

If you run a tuning business with a Boostwerkz account

Email admin@boostwerkz.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm, then permanently delete your account, your leads, bookings, usage history, settings, connected domains and any connected Facebook Pages. Live subscriptions are cancelled at the same time. Deletion is completed within 30 days and is not reversible.

You can also delete individual leads yourself at any time from the Leads page in your portal, and export your data to CSV before you go.

If you disconnect Facebook or Instagram

Data we received from Meta lead ads is stored as leads in the connected account. To stop delivery and remove that connection:

1. In Boostwerkz: Setup → Integrations → Disconnect next to the Page. This immediately unsubscribes us from that Page and deletes the stored access token.
2. Or in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Boostwerkz Leads and choose Remove.

Disconnecting stops all future lead delivery. Leads already received remain in the account as business records until you delete them individually, or ask us to delete the account. To have every lead sourced from Meta erased, email us with the subject "Delete my Facebook lead data" and we will remove them within 30 days.

If you enquired about tuning your vehicle

If you entered your registration and contact details into a quote form and want that removed, email admin@boostwerkz.com with the subject "Delete my enquiry", telling us:

• the name and website of the tuning business you enquired with, if you know it;
• the phone number or email address you used;
• your vehicle registration, if you are happy to include it.

We will locate the enquiry, notify the business that holds it and delete it from our systems within 30 days. We do not need an account to action this, and there is no charge. Note that the business you contacted may hold its own copy outside Boostwerkz — we will tell you who they are so you can ask them directly.

What we may keep

We retain billing and accounting records where UK tax law requires, for up to seven years, and anonymous aggregate counts (such as the number of searches performed in a month) which contain no personal data. Cached vehicle facts held against a registration contain no contact details.
